By practicing the following exercises for the next 30 days you will begin to see how small actions have large impacts on the way in which you feel.
These exercises are in no particular order. They are examples and they are to be used over and over again. You may find one exercise feels more aligned and suits you and your current struggle and you therefore may practice that for 4 days straight. There are no rules.
